In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to return your bathrobe or pajamas for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your bathrobe or pajamas during this period, you may return them.
Return Requirements
The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in "new, sellable" condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as your order number and e-invoice, must be provided with your return so we can verify your purchase.
Return Process

Preparing the return item: Please ensure the item is properly packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. The delivery time for the replacement item is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
3. Returns and Exchanges for Defective Items
If the bathrobe or pajamas you received have quality issues, such as damaged fabric, ripped seams, or significant size deviations, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the problem. Returns or exchanges for items with quality issues are not subject to the aforementioned 14-day return or exchange period.
4. Special Circumstances
Products purchased during promotional events are subject to the aforementioned return and exchange policy. However, if the item is marked "No Returns, No Exchanges," returns or exchanges are only accepted for quality issues.
Combination Sets
If you purchased a combination set of bathrobes and pajamas, you must return the entire set. Partial returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue with the individual items.
